Mobile Auto Diagnostics accepts inquiries about adding a spare key to supported vehicles. Availability depends on the make, model, year, key type, security access and equipment required for the requested procedure.
Do not purchase a replacement fob on the assumption that any key can be programmed. Share the vehicle information and the details of any key you already have so eligibility can be checked first.
A working key and proof of authorization matter
Tell us whether you have a working key and how many keys are currently available. An add-a-key request is different from a situation where all keys are lost, and support for one does not establish support for the other.
Key-related appointments require verification that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request the service. Confirm the documentation and appointment requirements directly before booking. Do not send identity-document photographs through this website’s message composer.
Know what is—and is not—included
An add-a-key inquiry is not a promise of lockout service, key cutting, all-keys-lost recovery or immobilizer bypass. The correct fob, blade cutting, manufacturer access or a different specialist may be required.
We confirm the supported procedure, necessary items and price before accepting a job. Luxury-brand diagnostic support does not automatically mean that key programming is supported for the same vehicle.
We do not advertise universal key programming or security-system bypass. Service is limited to supported, authorized add-a-key work confirmed before booking.
