Bring the diagnostic appointment to your vehicle.
A closer look at the warning
Mobile Auto Diagnostics provides on-site vehicle diagnostic scans for supported cars and SUVs. Tell us the warning message, the symptoms you have noticed, and your vehicle’s year, make and model. We confirm coverage before scheduling the visit.
The service focuses on reading accessible vehicle systems, reviewing available fault information and explaining the findings in everyday language. A scan is a starting point for diagnosis, not a guarantee that a particular part needs replacement.
What your visit can include
Depending on vehicle support, the appointment may include reading diagnostic trouble codes, reviewing available live data and checking relevant accessible control modules. We discuss what the tool can access on your specific car before accepting the job.
Engine, transmission, ABS and suspension information is not equally accessible on every model. Manufacturer, model year, installed modules and security access can affect what is available. Some problems require workshop testing or manufacturer-specific equipment beyond a mobile scan.
What to share before the appointment
Send your vehicle’s year, make and model; your ZIP code; and a photo or the exact wording of the dashboard warning. Let us know whether the vehicle starts, whether the problem is intermittent, and whether repairs or a battery replacement happened recently.
Have your vehicle key available and choose a safe, accessible place for the appointment. Pricing, vehicle coverage and the arrival window are confirmed directly before booking.
A diagnostic scan does not by itself repair a mechanical or electrical fault. Further testing or repair may be needed, and we do not promise that clearing a code will resolve the concern.
